Hello,

I am getting following error when i try to open or download a file.

"c:\programfiles\microsoftoffice\office10\1033\setup.hlp"

What should i do to fix this problem?

Hello,

This error come because Setup cannot find required file. To fix this problem use alternative Network Administrative Installation. To do so follow this steps:
(1) Click on Start and then go to Run.

(2) Now type following link

new network path\Setup.exe /fvm package name.msi

(3) click Ok when update is finish.

If you cant get rid of this problem reply me.

i went to run and wrote in new network path\Setup.exe /fvm package name.msi and it says it cant find new make sure you typed the name correctly,and then try again to search for a file click the start button and then click search so you see it didnt work what else can i do
