Windows Media Player Issue?

Hello All,

I am new to this forum and i think this will help me to fix my Windows Media Player problem. My media player does not work good. I got an error msg. "An internal application error has occurred" Why? What can i do to fix this issue? Thanks in advance for any suggestion.

I suggest you to reinstall Windows Media Player. Go to Control Panel >> Click Add/Remove Programs >> Click on Add / Remove Windows Components" >> Uncheck windows media player and click on Next then finish.
Then reinstall Windows Media Player.
