Many softwares available which boost your surfing speed. Go ahead and search for your subject and you will find lots of software which increase your surfing speed.
One high speed software which increase surfing speed is Slip Stream. But i dont know is it free or not. Try to search on Google and its there.

| Your Internet Accelerator only increase your downloading speed. It compress the file as Zip File means it reduce the size of your Images which download when your surf the Net. So, its not boost your surfing speed but it will help to increase surfing speed by some extent. |

| Number of web accelerator are available. Search on net and you will find a wide list of web accelerator. I like slip stream its good. |
