sgtray.exe - What is sgtray.exe???

When i disconnected from the internet i got following msg.

'sgtray.exe' & 'wait until it is finished loading or exit
now but you may lose data'

Why??

You can easily remove this from your task manager by going to Add/Remove and select it for bold and then click on end process.

I also found 'sgtray.exe' on my task manager. I want to know is this safe to remove this from Add/Remove. Please help me. If i will remove it does it effect wrong for my computer.
