Hi,
Proactive support used by ISP's to give trouble free experience for their customer. In proactive support, if customer are unable to connect then an automatic alert via proactive support generate and ISP service provider solve issue.
I am using 550access and recently they started proactive support for their user. Just click on the following link to check it out
