how to remove adware and spyware

When i surf net many advertisement windows popup and i am very tired of closing all the popup window. Is any third party utilities that remove adware and spyware from my computer.

Number of softwares are available in market for removing Adware and Spyware. I am using Microsoft Antispyware. Microsoft antispyware block any spyware and adware to affect my computer. Go to Microsoft and download Antispyware tool from their site.
