Invalid Username And Password

Hi,

I am using Dialup ISP for Access Internet. From last couple of days i am continuesly getting Invalid Username And Passwrod Error. It shows Error 691 "Invalid Username Password".

What is the problem and how can i get access to internet again.

Hello

(1) First check you entered your username and password correctly.
(2) Check your account exist.
(3)Also make sure your Username And Password Casesensitive.
(4) If you are using Windows Dialer then enter your password as
abc@xyz.com

There are many reason for getting Error 691 : Invalid Username and Password. Try after removing cookies from your computer.

If the problem persist then contact your ISP Provider's technical support person. Also consider to change your password after every month.
