How to get rid of Excessive PopUps

Each time when i open a site number of popups opened. I am very frustrating of popup windows. Please help me how to get rid of this popups. I am waiting for your reply. What can i do to fix this issue.

I think your computer is infected with adware. Run any antispyware on your computer. If it will detect any adware on your computer then remove it from your computer.

I also think my computer is infected with any adware. Everytime when i surf net number of Popup menu open. I want to know which is best adware removal tool. If any have any idea about adware removal tool then please reply me.
