I nomore want AOL as my Internet provider. I want to know how to cancel AOL? Is they provide any phone number to cancel their service to cancel aol account or any online support to cancel aol service.

I only therer contact number. I dont which email address they provide for cancel aol service. I dont think they provide any email address for cancellation because of security reason. Because anyone can use hijack your account and mailed them for cancel their service. So, its better to use their phone number for cancellation.

Thanks for your reply. I got it why dont provide email addres for cancle aol serivce. But i am very tired from calling them because when i call them they said that you have to wait for your next billing date. And i dont want to continue with their service.

Finally i am not with AOL. I canclled my service using their phone number. They cancel my account at the end of my billing date. So, i suggest all of you to wait for your billing date. This way to will canel aol service.

To cancel by phone, just call their Member Services Representatives at 1-800-827-6364 or 1-888-265-8008.
To cancel by mail, send your request to:

America Online
P.O. Box 1600
Ogden, UT 84401


To cancel by fax, fax your request to 1-801-622-7969.
