Hello All,
To fix autoexec.nt error just browse to "%windir%/repair/" which is usually located at "C:\WINDOWS\repair". Then right click on it and copy the AUTOEXEC.NT file. Now, browse "%windir%/system32/" again right click inside the window and Paste the file
This may help to fix autoexec.nt problem.

I followed all your suggestion but without luck.
